guys also i was using chrome/google when i was having this issue, i switched to microsoft edge and searched the alicia website on there and downloaded it from there and it works

It gets stuck at exactly 985MB through downloading, and the B/s will just go all the way down to zero and it’ll completely stop. i’ve tried a different browser but its the same problem either

apparently its very glitchy and laggy if you download it but im not 100% sure if its true, me myself i have tried 3 different ways to download alicia, the first one said i had to download it as a file or something on torrent but i dont have that. and the 2nd is to download it on free download manager but idk if its gonna work, i have it downloading rn and i have this technique downloading too
