These are some good choices. I went and pulled out my Madalorian palette since you jogged my memory. I also thought the look with the Fatally Yours and Adept Heather Austin palette was fire! I put myself on a no buy until my birthday in April. I’ve been seriously interested in the FY palette and have Heather’s but would never have thought to put them together even though I often pull shimmers from other palettes to use with my Melt palettes, for example the MaryJane. Thanks for the inspo.
Thank you so much! I love pairing palettes 😄 The Heather Austin goes well with a lot of Melt palettes. I love the Fatally Yours palette but it does run pretty deep, a lot of the shades apply darker than they look in the pan. I don't mind that, but it's something to keep in mind. Hi Carolyn, that’s exactly why I’m interested in this palette: I love grungy deep looks. Not that I have anything against soft glam or neutrals but along the way I surprised my self by really enjoying lots of deep dark palettes that don’t appeal to others, for example: Mary Jane, Colourpop Misunderstood, CP Orchid You Not, Anastasia Rose Metals to name a few. I got back into makeup in my fifties and I’m in my “why not go for it” phase with deep smokey looks because I can.
