    I didn't even think it was possible to automate so simply using the event controllers, and if you didn't want to automate everything, you could probably use it for automating ammo production!

    Invaluable. My script, "Printer Toner", allows pretty displays, but if you can't run scripts this is basically an essential build.

    This build makes me appreciate Space Engineers and the production quota mod in particular. I'm still a fan of ISY's for the sorting and pulling but I've since switched to production quota for my autocrafting needs and I love it. This, however, is quite a respectable use of vanilla blocks. Kudos.

    This is a set up any SE player should make. A badge of SE engineering. Complex but simple. I am pc and this works great with a hilly modded game. Easier on processors of the pc. Parts for a printing set up for ship making. Faster processing if you use the Nano bot Build and repair. Less lag for nano bots if you you have a projection going of your ship/ base during a large battle. Welders always have stock to repair. I believe this set up is a great way to play.

    Dude thanks so much! I'm in ps4 and so any console friendly tips you can give is GREATLY appreciated! I do have a huge list of mods (only have 2 enabled since I've still not experienced the game in its vanilla form yet, but i want more range on my ore detector lol) but consoles are pretty limited in that department. most videos on TH-cam start saying "oh you want to learn this? It's easy! Just download this script!" Which leaves me s.o.l, so I'm so happy to find any vanilla tips out there. Wish that KSH would put scripts out that were "official" so i could actually have a use for the programmable block beyond decorating a surface with a screen and keyboard lol

    I appreciate this but, for anyone playing on the official servers where pcu limited are 20k. the problem of stockpiling components is best solved by just making a lot of stuff. sorters, assemblers and event blocks for each component is an impossible cost. Of the top of head that's like 1.5kpcu just to solve a minor inconvenience? Your opponents who spend their 20k on offense will have like 16 ish more railguns!! Also scripts, experimental mode, and mods are disabled on official servers.
    anyone know any low pcu solutions?

    • @GleebTorin
      @GleebTorin  26 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@CanuckNews-fv3qj This really isn't designed for sane play. While it was designed with being able to make it in survival in mind, I never expected anyone to make it. I'm not aware of any lower PCU methods, as the only way to make this sort of thing is by using a lot of parts. Otherwise, it's going to have to be scripts. Let me know if you can improve on it though!

    • @GleebTorin
      @GleebTorin  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Wow, that's a lot of dedication to build a system like this in survival, I hope I can help you fix it. Off the top of my head, the possible causes are that the Event Controller was misconfigured, or that it was properly configured, but it didn't get triggerd because of one of the few quirks of Event Controllers. Changing the Condition to 'Equal to or less than' and then back to 'Equal to or greater than' will probably fix it.
