Is UW online subscription mandatory? Or amboss subscription would help.. including UW old offline
Not necessarily! You may use offline, and towards exams, you may subscribe to Amboss
Are ifom questions very similar to uworld?
Between AMBOSS QBank or Uworlf wich one is better for the IFOM CSE?
I think it all depends with different preferences. They are all good sources. Considering that Amboss is not very expensive, and Uworld can be accessed on Telegram for free, I suggest you have a look at both. But if I had to choose one, I would go with Uworld

What is the difference between step-up medicine and first aid ?
Can I use first air book for ifom?
Yes you can use First Aid for IFOM. But most people suggest Amboss for IFOM,

Sir,are ifom and nbme test the same or different
IFOM and USMLE are set by a board called NBME. If you find any resource prepared by NBME, you are set for both exams.
If you are preparing for IFOM, I suggest Uworld and/ or Amboss question banks
