So it looks good but I can tell you there’s certain minerals that will help you gain your hair back non-flavored gelatin is not a mineral, but extremely good for the vitamin D3, potassium magnesium magnesium March and I think vitamin E I’m not for sure on all the vitamins and minerals, but you can do research definitely the non-flavored gelatin

Boiling rosemary...the plant, not the human...and, when it cools, spray or dab onto your thinning spots...apparently...as good as Rograine I've heard...

You’re absolutely correct. It’s the only time in my life I had long extremely strong natural nails. Normally mine are paper thin and painful. My hair grew like mad. I always add clear KNOX brand gelatin by itself in smoothies or jello. Jello is toooo sweet and mushy so use 1 package of Knox to 1 small package of jello. Or 2 Knox for the larger size jello. Hope that helps anyone. I’ve never seen anyone talk about it. I love her wig too! ❤
