I got 70 on the windshield, 15 on the sides, 35 on the back. all ceramic. only got the windshield tinted to get rid of the heat so the clearer the better
The lowest on the windshield id go is 35% it's perfect anything less your chances of getting pulled up over is high & the visibility at night is not the greatest unless your vision is great, i have 35% & it's manageable

I did 35 which makes it dark and harder to see on the inside but I have no issues seeing out even at night. Sometimes I question I should have had did 15% of the front as well but overall happy with what I did to my car.

Hey I have a question. I have a car with 15% tints all around except my windshield. However, I’m finding out that 15% on the front two windows are giving me issues when driving in areas with no street lights. At the same time, I don’t wanna lose the privacy factor of it. I plan on going lighter with the front two and tinting the windshield so I can I have same darkness and privacy as I have with having 15% all around(except windshield). My question to u is what is a good percentage to tint the windshield and front two windows I I still want visibility in areas with no lighting and still have privacy inside? The rear windows still have the 15% on them

It depends on the state you live in and the cop. But 50% on the windshield is good enough for them to see into it. If your car is new not like a beater they really won't pull you over just don't give them a reason to like speeding.
@@inezdominguez98 I’m in NJ and I don’t really see cops pull people over for tint unless you’re speeding and they just add it on. I’d be careful in California because depending where like LA the LAPD will pull you over. Look into an exemption with the DMV just need to take the form to your doctor to sign off on it and they will give you a piece of paper or sticker stating you can have the tint with no issue

The lighter the better IMO, lower to the ground means less chance of rollover. Pickups are for hauling and towing, realistically. But if you want to drive one more power to you brother, everyone has to have their own style! Keep on trucking

Like others said it depends on state. In SC I haven’t had an issue yet. 50% is not too noticeable on windshield depending time of day.
