Unstable Portal is easily the most fun card in the game.
With recombobulator and the golems that spawn 2 and 4 mana creatures
you misspelled "overpowered"

Just OP. Make it 4 mana and it will be balanced. Far sight is 3 mana and gives you a minion from YOUR deck. Why is unstable portal 2 mana? this is retarded.

I got floating watcher from unstable portal once. It became masive after a few rounds of fireblasting myself in the face.
That's hilarious! While everyone else is complaining about the RNG elements of GvG I'm loving it because the game is so much more fun now, as long as you're not someone who gets salty over opponents getting favorable RNG. Although admittedly the increased RNG does make it a worse game when played competitively.
***** Agreed. I'm trying to play the game just for fun and with GvG coming out the fun has (in my opinion) pretty much dubbled. Couse you can do so many more hilarious things. For example playing Alextraza to get your opponent down to 15 health and then recombobing it into a king crush (was a fun game xD).

I agree. I even made a Shaman deck where I just typed Random in the search bar of my collection... every card has a random element (or 50% chance to attack the wrong enemy). I'm talking Madder Bombers, Ragnaros, Mogor the Ogre, Sneed's Old Shredder... I don't have most of the 1 mana garbage like Young Priestess, but everything in the deck says random on the card (or implies it). Now, when I play this in casual, sometimes I get destroyed. But sometimes I have a runaway victory with amazing RNG and the games are always hilarious.

I once got Lord Jaraxxus when I was low against a face hunter as a Freeze Mage. Cleared his board the turn before, Jaraxxus myself up from 9 to 15. Instant concede.

Completely off topic, but just this moment I have found out Leonard Nimoy passed away much like so many others seeing as it has just been reported moments ago. As a fan of his work and in recognition of his iconic role as Spock in the Star Trek series as well as many movies, I almost feel as if I lost a distant relative I once knew well but since grew apart from. May he rest in peace as the rest of us live long and prosper.
My fav has been a turn 4 UP for turn 5 Grom, completely wrecked the warrior I was playing.

PC Invictus playing as priest against a mage, I stole a UP from him. He played an UP, got boar. Used the one I stole, got Ysera. My favorite UP play ever.
i usual always get a good combo with this card or at least a game changing or winning card, i personal love it.
I keep getting legendaries from my UP... First one was Edwin Vancleef, then it was Onyxia. Then a damn Acidic Swamp Ooze. Now Toshley.

Just a few minutes ago in a constructed game, Unstable Portal got me Neptulon. It was great
Though the first two Unstable Portals used against me since GvG came out: Deathwing and Grommash...
I had a mage pull Prophet Velen with it... double damage fireballs and frostbolts
I once have neptulon with this.Always good to me.

Kripp "Unstable portal provides wild games". Listen to this Kripp. Playing arena i use Unstable Portal on turn two, and i get the mech man-bear-pig or whatever (7/6 druid card which gives you spare part every time it gets hit), my opponent plays also unstable portal on turn 2. I play my man-bear-pig minion on turn 3. Then comes my opponents turn. He plays Big Game Hunter for zero mana summoned by Unstable Portal. And I'm like what the fuckin fuck.
this card is a win/stalemate situation. it can never be BAD unless you get a 1 drop or wisp, and EVEN THEN the tempo loss is possible to come back and you usually do.

I just opened a pack with Mekgineer Thermaplug. Thought he looked quite bad but he doesn't look quite as bad anymore

Played arena once as a Mage and got gahrzilla in unstable portal. He is super op when you have the Mage hero power lol :)
7 out of 9 portals in a row were legendaries for me, the most fun must've been Grommash and Gahz'rilla.. 6 mana 12/8 after mage ping.
I'm still in the camp that this card is insane. It takes the skill of intelligent trading completely out of the game in arena if you drop a massive creature in the mid game, and even in the few cases that it bricks you can still get value out of it (if you have a mana worm on board for example). I can't think of another card in the game that can just give you a free win, especially one that only costs 2 mana.
the clip with Illidan it's pointless
I saw a game, where mage got Jarraxus from the unstable portal, and suddenly he became handlock, with ancient watcher giant and taunt giver cards. :)

Unstable portal in Arena is so unfair sometimes, got Baron Geddan when opponent had a jungle panther and some blood imps.
That is the only card it has given to me more than once, it has given me 3 of em. Not to mention a turn 6 ysera and when someone used thoughtsteal to get one off me it gave him onxyia, they them gave me meckgannier thermalplug and a madder bomber. The plays were real.

I got Illidan in a match so i was freaked to the max, but then i got a hogger to and i just conceded because it was getting a little unfair

In one game I got from the portals a Grommash and Sneed's :D The amount of legendaries this card creates is too damn high!
I just made 2 unstable portals played them a total of 4 times and i've gotten tarion, hemet, malygos, and doomguard. I have to say this is a game changer for me lol

A mage opponent played 2 games ago on me unstable and got Illidan out on turn 3 ;/ and managed to get 2 spawns too.managed to kill all but lost so much card advantage that I lost 8-9 turns later.

I love this card.
My first game with Unstable Portal I drew Mal'Ganis. My opponent was a priest and happened to get Mal'Ganis with Mind Vision and Duplicate with Thoughtsteal. By the end of that game, 6 Mal'Ganis' had been played in a non-Warlock matchup. I really should have lost that game but somehow he never drew Mind Control.
I play a control mage so using up turn 2 for unstable portal is never an issue :)

I just crafted 2 Unstable Portals last night and the very first time I used it, it delivered a Ysera to my hand. lol
My opponent was not very happy to be facing Ysera on turn 6, behind 4 Mirror Images and a Mana Wyrm that was like 5 or 6/2. lol
He didn't rage quit though, he stuck it out until his last hit point. lol
It was quite a brutal end to an Emerald Drake though. lol :p

Once I was playing a paladin and he played Tirion. i used unstable portal, got sylvannas, fireballed sylvannas, and got tirion.
I've lost count of the times I've got a wisp from portal :/

I love unstable Portal. this card singlehandedly won me a game by giving me a Prophet velen as a mage. 24 damage out of two fireballs. Best thing ever
I once got faceless in one portal and malganis in another. Somehow survived till turn 10, then malganis into faceless manipulator the malganis and got 2 11/9 malganises. Opponent mechmage was not prepared. I feel so bad not recording it :(

I got a Profit Velan off of unstable portal against a paladin, played it early. He played humility on it so that it was "just" a 1/7 sitting there doing nothing. on turn 7 he healed all the way up from 9 to 27 using 3 different cards (don't remember which ones) and then ended his turn. I had a 3/3 on the board at the time, and my inconspicuous 1/7. So being as it was turn 8, I attacked with my 3/3 and then double fireball for 24 damage killing him. The last thing he does, is hover over Velan to re-read the card text that he had obviously ignored entirely. T'was epic.
I was top decking as a mage v a warlock and he was on 8 health v a 6 minion board. I got rag from portal and he hit the face. Unstable portal is so op.

I got him through Unstable Portal while I had the fireball spell in hand. This was my only cards in hand. The opponent had 3 in his hand, and I had 7 health.
Opponent played Milhouse Manastorm and then pinged face.
So all my spells cost 0 mana.
I dropped him, and then shot a fireball at the enemies face. 30-->24
Which gave me another fireball.
So I shot it at my foes face. 24-->18
Which gave me another fireball.
So I shot it at my foes face. 18-->12
Which gave me another fireball.
So I shot it at my foes face. 12-->6
Which gave me another fireball.
So I shot it at my foes face. 6-->0
And then he exploded.

So far , out of about 10 portals, I've gotten 5 legendaries. Grommash, King crush, Voljin, Gallywix, and Gruul
I got Baron geddon during my first match against Garr with this and i played him for fun, instantly got rekt.
The only thing better than getting Antonidas from unstable portal, is if your opponent played lorewalker cho/ millhouse manastorm combo. gg

so couple days ago i realise Kripparrian video are not annoying if you skip the begining where he talk about the card u will see anyway later on the video..so to all the hater just skip the first 3-4 min like me
Also, what do you think of Kel thuzad and Reincarnate combo, that's basicly having 2 Kelthuzads on the field :v

It would be a good combo if Kel'thuzad was a good card.
