Its best to win all 3 races. But you can restart the race if your losing places.

Make sure you be 1st place for 3 races. And make sure that difficulty is set to Highly skilled for 3 races.

Just set your date and time back I think
So you have to place 3rd, 2nd, then 1st
You can do it any order. But make sure don't be last place.
