Bought the same unit on sale. Messaged the seller & he emailed a MUCH better manual. I replaced the ground clamp with a Lincoln 300amp one for about $8 bucks (HUGE UPGRADE), added a yeswelder 300amp rod holder for arc welding (another HUGE upgrade) for about $13 bucks. Got a 2 pack of plastic flux core tip guards from Hobo Freight (perfect fit). Also ordered U, K, & V feed wheels I got for about $20 total. Result? LOVE THIS THING! Welds great! 100% flexible to weld almost anything. Great machine imo. WAY better than the Lincoln 140 mig machine it replaced. This machine has a metal feed assembly & holds a 10lb spool where most this size use plastic feeders & only hold a 2lb spool. Blue Demon wire has given great results & clean welds.
I’ve watched soooooooo many videos on these little welder!! 😫😫😫😫😫😫.. After watching yours that made up my mind.. I ordered one!! Thank you for making the video.
That weird thing the display does on camera is normal, it's called LED multiplexing and it reduces the amount of wires needed to drive a lot of LEDs. It's cheaper to drive a lot of segments and separated LEDs one by one, so the microprocessor inside just lights up a single segment at the time at a faster rate. Say that it wants to display the number 8, the machine will light up each of the segments that make the number 8, it will not light them all at the same time. It shows up on camera during the day because the exposure time is fast enough that the camera is able to see each segment being lit up, with less light and a slower exposure the flickering can go away.

Your honest review means a lot to me. I also did my research a day ago (after 1st watching this) and came to the same conclusions on the welder. Thanks again!

Love the video. My Century 250 mig just died after nearly 30 years. I have the Azzuno 250 in my Amazon cart. If I can't fix the Century, I WILL be buying the Azzuno.
Nice review. I think you would benefit from changing the title of the vid to something less vague I only seen this vid cause I am gonna buy the same welder and looked it up other than that thanks for the in depth video there aren't many vids of this welder.
Saw your sightmark wraith review a while back and then I bought this same welder. Was pleasantly surprised after buying this to find you had a video on this as well! Decided I need to subscribe! Thanks for the content
Thank you I had no spark. I just had to connect the pig tail bad to the welder. Yes, this works great. I never had one of the box and started welding before. That I never had to adjust before. Five stars
Just received my welder today. No air hose or consumables or paper work in the box. But it’s looking like a fantastic machine at this point. Can’t find anything on how to get the tig parts. And no way of getting ahold of Azzuno. Great video you made me buy one from it.
Sorry to hear that. Someone probably ordered and didn't want so returned. Amazon is not the best at making sure all is replaced in box so Azzuno takes the hit. You have to get ahold of Azzuno through Amazon help center.
@@H.A.B.Outdoors Any idea what might be different with the one that company is advertised as "aluminum " . By the way, that isn t me, thats a captain in a movie called Captain Ron, its a comedy. ?
I have the azzuno 250amp aluminum welder, works great so far, haven't used mig, tig or aluminum spool gun, I do have the Tig gun, ordered from Amazon, spool gun pricing needs to come down before before I buy one. The manufacturer currently doesn't have this welder listed on Amazon. The only thing I've tried so far is Flux core welding, using .30 wire, get a lot of spatter. I liked your video on the hog trap build, im in Florida, i have a trap simular to the one your are building except for the trap door design is different. I'm going to build a smaller for coyotes, I've seen them at night time on my cellular game camera, hopefully this will work for me. Would like to see how you setup your trap door in your next video. BTW, I run the welder on a 8kw generator when i want to use 220v, generator never shows a load at 220v, it's like the welder was never plugged into the generator. Good luck on your trap door design.
do you have upward movement where the mig gun attaches to the welder? I bought one of these machines, welds good, but noticed that I have quite a bit of upward movement from the rest position where the mig gun attachment plugs into the welder. I would be curious to see if you have that on both machines.
Those welds are not coming loose so good job. That's a nice machine. However... shouting watch your eyes and not protecting your skin welding.... if I were you I'd rethink that brother. Please take care. Greetings from The Netherlands.
If I am using Flux Core with 20 guage metal ( the same material that has been used on the fender of most cars), what would be the best settings for my work?
@@usiega I can only recommend using smaller wire and running some test welds. This welder will automatically sinc the wire speed with amperage. Probably gonna be around the 55-60 amps I would think but don’t hold me to that

If you have the kind of repairers that would really require a huge nice welder you already have a huge nice welder not saying a little one won’t do stuff a little welder can do a lot more then people think it just can’t do it every day for 8 hours a day and again if you’re in the situation where you’re welding everyday for 8 hours you already have a heavy duty welder
