The most dangerous thing about this dude is his coachability. People dont understand that by allowing McMillan to get him off the ball and run a flowing offense he is having a better advanced stat season than any two guard not named James Harden.
Oladipo is one of, if not the best shooting guard defender in the NBA. He is top 3 in steals(entire NBA), only behind Danny Green for blocks by a shooting guard! He isn't just an all star, he is all NBA first team. Not to mention he has the fans vibing like we were in the 90's. PG13 was a terrific player no doubt, but Victor feels different....kinda like finally we have a guy that loves us back. Indy fans never recovered after Reggie retired, feels like we have that basketball hero back!
VO is not only just an awesome player but he is such an awesome person!! We met him before he was a star and new right away that he would be a star based on his work ethic and his acknowledgment of the fans! My family are VO fans for life!!
i know that atleast you should attack there top foot as if you are going for their back, that makes it harder for them to follow you because they have to turn the hips, if you have past them you go for a layup after making sure they are not there to block by creating contact or blowing by them for a rapid finish. if they close up with you quickly after you pass them you can go for a quick pull up. but its all about the details, and that why those guys have the best videos
Attention to Detail: Paul George Attention to Detail: Zack Lavine Attention to Detail: Gary Harris Attention to Detail: Jordan Clarkson Attention to Detail: Jaylen Brown
Looking at this detail and keeping in mind all of the nifty new weapons the Pacers got this year make me even more amped up for his return. What was missing was a good point guard. Now we have 3. We were also missing scoring options. Now we have such depth that any given night at least one other person can come up with 20. Used to need more people who could create shots. Now we got TJ Warren starting and Lamb coming off the bench who both know how to improvise some pretty awkward shit. Nobody is giving the Pacers much attention or respect.... but this is a dynasty in the making once the VO show is back on!
Here's a great video for you how about. Instincts vs Smartness like what players use their head and what player go off their first movement.. Example the Hakeem the dream vs Shaq.
nellek970 Why? Oladipo has been producing great numbers for 1 season, and he gets one. Lowry has been an All Star for 4 years and he doesnt deserve one? Redick is also a great player who would be great to see how he reads the defense to make his cuts.
It seems to me that a player who drives can only be as dangerous as their ability to stop, maybe step back or to the side, and shoot well. Without the options, a player is more predictable and defensible. Like a lot of other great shooters these days, his set point may be with elbow at shoulder height, but his release is almost straight up. Though he's much faster than Doncic, his motions are quite similar. The long stride comes from Ginobili. He's nice to watch, but something seems a little less under control than other players. Maybe how he handles the ball during a shot.
His playstyle combined with this music is so satisfying.
My thoughts the entire time!!!
That’s facts man

He took some moves from Westbrook to help his game. Being under Westbrook helped him out for real.
DeAundre Tipton He was with D Wade training all summer too.
It’s obvious as well.
2nd pick in 2013 great development in his game and his best work is ahead of him

Better than Beal and I'am a Wizards fan. Without him Indiana is easily a bottom 5 team in the league and with him they are a pretty nice playoff team.
