I’m so thankful for your channel! Specifically, finding your video about where to start with fantasy a few years ago has been super impactful. I read so much fantasy as a child, but when I was a teenager it was just the very beginning of YA fantasy becoming a thing (like Twilight was huge but not my preferred style of fantasy) and adult fantasy was too adult for me. As a teen I think I subconsciously started thinking that books I read could no longer have magic. I don’t know that I would have started reading fantasy again as an adult without videos like yours to make it more approachable. And I AM a fantasy reader at my core, for sure! Thank you!

I will buy new books and manga (want to support authors), but when it comes to things like clothing, I try to avoid fast fashion brands, unless I thrift them. I try to buy from sustainable brands. Most of my shelves are double stacked lol.

can I ask where you got the Robin Hobb books in those editions? I've recently gotten interested in the series, but really don't like the current mass market paperbacks in the US. I'll probably search for them in used bookstores once I'm back home for the summer, but if they're UK editions I probably won't have much luck lol
Usually people from the US would get UK covers from the Bookdepository but it is now closing. However, there is Blackwell's which is an independent UK bookstore that ships internationally for free.
