Thank you Teresa and Hawke for a great show. Also, thanks to The Cotton Blossom Fabric Shoppe for hosting it. I was there for the show, front and center(well in front, but not center…more to the side😆). It was fun to get to see the making of the show….sew much fun 🤩
I gave my machine set into the edge of a large dinning room table that I open wide to use to cut and lay out, almost as big as your tables on risers or the ping pong table. Sometimes I take my quilts out on my dinning table that I can pull out big.
My husband sunk my big pfaff machine set into the corner of a large dinning room table that I open wide to use to cut and lay out, almost as big as your tables on risers or the ping pong table. Sometimes I take my quilts out on my dinning table that I can pull out big.
The risers are simply bed risers that you can find at most stores that sell bedding. They are fabulous for lifting the table to a more useful position. We did not use batting because it is completely optional. If you add batting, you will spray baste it to the backing, then construct it the same as shown. Personally, I prefer the lighter weight and drape of Cuddle blankets without batting. But if you prefer batting, you're welcome to do that! --teresa

I wish they made more lip rulers too, so helpful. Have used mine for about 30 years and dread it when I use other rulers that don’t have the lip
olipfa rulers are fabulous, I use them and wish more companies made them in various sizes
My first time watching. Lots of information.
