Loved this review. Didi and Bhaiya show reviews as experts where they are solely focussed on highlighting pros and cons to gain more subscribers and earn through affiliate marketing. Their reviews have nothing to do with an end user who will be watching content not in a studio but in the bedroom or living room under varying light conditions and that content is not meant to highlight the pros and cons of a product.

He nailed it when he said itne paise main itna hi.....see if you look at a Samsung qled or Sony qled what they call triluminous pro there is hardly any blooming...its all relative to cost. It all depends on what the customer wants at the price bracket.

I must say I agree with you. I have also bought Toshiba Qled TV m550, and it's an incredible TV for the price range. People saying blooming is a huge problem in this TV are entirely wrong. I have been watching all sorts of content on this TV and it provides an amazing viewing experience. It's only in the total black and white scenario where Blooming is really visible. But it's the same in all the TVs in this price range. Only Oleds and qd-Oleds are capable of providing no blooming, but then they cost 4-5 times more than this TV. Expectations should be kept same as the money spent.

Good review, even i had bought before any of the review, if you keep the auto light sensor off, there is abviously too much blooming, keep the auto light sensor on. it is awesome tv, worth buying. Sound effects is a plus 😊

I bought this TV after your review, could please help me how enable google assistance in this tv without remote using far mic google assistance
Make sure your tv is connected to your wifi min speed 10-15MBps
Make sure you have logged into the google account in the tv.
Click on the profile in top right hand side and select settings.
In the settings menu, choose Account and Sign In .
You will see your google account , where you select Google Assistant and turn on voice control.
Then turn on the physical button and make sure that the 4 led's are not yellow.
Give a prompt OK GOOGLE .....open TH-cam ( or any app or command)

After a lot of research i finally decided to buy this tv,At that time there's no stock of this tv in amazon so i ordered it from Flipkart for the price of 48990,I was really excited for this tv

yeah.. i recieved my order 2 days later (its actually very first) the installation done by jeeves (flipkart) at the same day i received.
So after mounting to the wall the technician turned on the switch and guess what the tv panel is broken 💔😭 same goes for my heart (didn't expected tho) even tho i would say Flipkart customer care is good got my refund in a day, dont know why they didn't simply replaced,who cares i got my money and there's a sale in Amazon and Guess what i got the tv for 44990 (4000 off)

The tv is actually good for this price range but don't expect sony like picture quality cause you know those tv are expensive this is a budget tv under 50k with a lot of features.
I tested with ps4 and the game optimization is so cool it automatically changes to hdr with high brightness and colourful environment depending on the game i would say
And for the blooming effect i didn't noticed anything maybe because i keep it to high local diming and auto light sensor.
Only thing i disappointed in this tv is
You will see minor lags here and there
Not a very concerning tho. Cause it has 2gb ram and 16gb rom which you can expand it easily.
At the end i would say the problems I gone through while getting the tv is totally worth it im happy with my tv
I bought tv for 43k 5 days before. I noticed yesterday price dropped to 40.5k and immediately I requested flipkart to refund me the difference and they accepted my request and I got 2500rs coupon 😀

What the difference in m550LP AND M550MP model ?
LP is IPS panel and MP is VA panel.. viewing angles are best in LP and dark scenes are best in MP...this is fantastic TV and one of the fastest Android OS with Google interface..

Thanks so much for the clarification on blooming please confirm one thing how are the colors as some people are saying that colors are close to sony's colors
As a colorist or video editor myself, I look at colors as how close they are to real life colors.
The TV default color setting is at DYNAMIC mode which displays super punchy color and enhanced saturation is felt on colors like red, orange etc.
Therefore I keep the color setting as "Natural" or "Standard" depending on the room's light condition.
If you are "Features Freak" then you have a long list of options to set colors as per your liking.
It may not beat the highly valued Sony but it justifies the price I paid for.

I brought same tv after seeing ur review. My unit is not able enable handsfree Google assistant. Only yellow lights in the mic stays on.. it's not doing anything.

Why don’t you go for LG nanocell 73. Why i am asking bcoz i have visited several stores these budget Qled comes nowhere around LG samsung or sony normal UHD 4K. Moreover you are getting it on same price 56k which 2k hight then this TV.
I like to own things which are not owned by less people. When you imagine electronics LG SAMSUNG SONY comes first, I want to be little apart from that obvious group.
Samsung and LG don't have Android. They have their own OS Hence you can't install Android apps

As a person with technical background, "DiDi" ka review makes more sense, personally I have heard many complaints about Toshiba TV after 6-9 months of buying!

Best display , both SDR and HDR scenes actually looked very good and super bright
Super viewing angles
Cons :
Banding is visible when you play 10 but demos videos by Sony and samsung
There is slight white shade visible due to blooming when you watch dark scenes from extreme corners.
Ui is slightly sluggish
Over excellent value for under 43k

Though the picture quality is good, but by chance if the TV starts to have some problem then you are doomed, I am saying by experience, My Toshiba U50 series TVs panen stopped working, they gave me the replacement TV after 1.5 month and that replacement on the same day of delivary started showing vertical lines, that means they have given me a refurbished or returned one, now it's been 2 months and I am waiting for my second replacement.

Both TV have great picture quality so it's up to your final decision whether to buy a bigger brand or bigger screen size. 43 inch TV is only recommended for smaller rooms.

Did you observe any jitter when watching fast moving graphic content. I see it on my TV where few frames seem to skip. Is there any workaround for it ?

@@PEPPERBOX83 RRR tiger chase, there was jitter, when the scene initially zooms in with water reflection of actor and forest and also in middle of tiger chase.
@@chirnjeevic after trying it on all modes/settings these are my observations
I couldn't find any jitter while watching RRR but let me share what I figured out.
When watching UHD4K, HDR or Dolby Vision content, the TV is trying hard to zero out any motion blur by its default setting and show them as how a normal 60fps footage behaves. In that effort, the processor is unable to produce that result (zero motion blur) consistently and therefore certain objects with quick movements are unable to be processed smoothly or that 60fps smooth effect and hence the jitter.
As most film videos including OTT content are shot at 24 frames per second , the tv processor is trying its best to show them with 60fps effect.
I suggest that you go to advance settings and turn off the motion enhancement and enjoy the content at the natural movie standard motion, i.e. 24 fps looks.

@@ashwanigupta2963 No need to worry, it's Good TV, installation was done after 3 days of delivery, OK but since 1 week I am using this TV and we feel picture quality is crystal clear. I have enjoyed very good movies on netflix. Only premium 4k subscription is required. And if you have any dolby atmos sound system then you will enjoy very immersive sound effects as it has earc port.

Depends on your watching preferences.
If you watch content more on the phone than your tv, then I suggest you save the extra bucks and put that in some stocks. By the time the newly bought tv gets old and to be replaced, the extra money that you invested has a good chance to buy a new tv on it's own.

From watching everything I came to the conclusion that although this tv isn't bad, it's not neccearily better than H6G .!this reviewer too didn't see that highsense tv.so if you can live without earc h6g would the better choice here!it has higher brightness,lesser blooming ,better dark performance than this thoshiba. Thoshiba might have better colour accuracy though.I personally use a u50. excellent tv!.here the best value is h6g obviously.that's my take.if the Android experience is limited,volume low .you could akwys buy a firestick and soundbar.but the picture quality can't be upgraded.
Spec wise I would be more interested in the new 120hz by Hisense.
