@@MarkyMMP nice one thanks. On the device on each channel, is there the option to choose ‘USB’ as a source? (In the same way as there is on pretty much every Pioneer mixer)
@@jaegomusic so I use the duo with a usb stick in the device and the second deck I can use rekordbox or serato. Will have a play tonight and ping the said contact re Ableton.
No it’s not and it’s not what I use it for due to latency. I use wireless UHF adapters for that. The Bluetooth input however is useful and better than Denons implementation. It suits my use cases for what I need but understand what’s you mean. It is expensive for what it is.
@@MarkyMMP why didn’t they just put that box inside the unit this way you sell the speaker with it as a package deal. Duhhhh they ain’t ready to make money 💰
@@bboymac84 I guess because most people play off the wire (xlr) but yup with the low latency Alpha theta Speaker it would have been a nice package. Although I already had my Mackie Thump Go’s so I went wireless adapters rather than Bluetooth
I use Virtual Dj with my Ominis.
Do you know if you can use the Omnis Duo as an audio interface with a DAW like Ableton?
@@jaegomusic I have seen someone using it with Ableton I will dig out his profile and see if he is on YT. I know he’s on Instagram
