idea is by ‪@BudDinktrap‬ (they were the one who made the idea, I just animated it)
was watching the VA of Bob Velseb singing "Happy birthday" and saw a comment (and I quote) "I'm picturing Bob singing this to himself, while he has a victim tied to the table, decorated like a birthday cake just for him." and saw someone suggest someone animate it. so here it is! (well.. animatic really..)
