@@lillyphotography2764 hopefully we can get up to VIR together at some point. I’ve done auto x a few times back in the day, but never really was my thing. Just been glued to track days since about 2016. Some folks eat sleep and breathe auto x so I reckon it’s for some, not all. Keep us updated on the auto x performance of the GT though, would love to watch more!
Did one time last year. It felt a bit piggish then but with the new struts and the swaybars now along with a little bit more skill that I have gotten from the track hoping that will pay off at auto x. The sea of cones is what is difficult. Though so much cheaper than a track day. NCM in April though should be fun.
@ this is true. I used to get lost all the time when I first started the day. Then it started becoming natural, but you can’t really stretch the legs of cars like the GTR or Mustang like you can on track. If I had a Miata, sure, but our pigs of cars, I’ll have to pass 😂
