Feels like it wasn't initially designed to be a semi detached duplex for so many reasons, the most obvious being the discrepancy in size and symmetry when compared to its counterpart.
Nice tour. For 1.5M in Enugu, I would not expect the tacky finish that's all over the house.. The paint is dripping everywhere, and the front door looks like it came from a scrapyard. Good that there is water heating and cupboards in the rooms. Not sure i saw any bathtub... Was there any pantry or storage area? The rooms are rather tiny, then there's the large bedroom upstairs. Could you be including information on the water supply, power and waste disposal situation in the houses? What's the neighborhood like? is it a gated estate, or just single houses. Overall, it's great original content, and will be very useful for anyone interested in moving to the coal city!

Dont understand why they dnt build closets in the bedrooms instead they put wardrobes.. like my clothes/shoes would not fit in those wardrobes.. and is there a reason why every bathroom has separate hot water heater? Why not one for the whole house?

A year rent is about £12,000 per year. In dollars that will be about $15,349. These are areas outside of london....then utilities like electricity, council tax, water, are paid separately...
In my opinion this house doesn't 500k anually. The inside look so awful annoying based on the prize tag, the materia used in building the house are all below substandard, in nigeria people pay more in house rent and get very very less and it's very unfortunate.

@@Chiefvera Earlier I asked a question about the average price of land in this estate only to scroll down on the comment section and saw your reply to similar question. 15m, isn't that too much than the widely acclaimed and recognized most beautiful and also most expensive estate in Enugu before zoo or after zoo estate (The Enugu Lifestyle and Golf city (The Centenary city)???? Please I am skeptical about this because I have asked the centenary estate folks and the price per plot is less than the wtc estate. I dont know about other people here but to me wtc is less beautiful, planned and organized than centenary city.
@@krandisopotu4370 you're right to an extent. Some plots at Centenary or close to that cost 2m or between that range are in places that are not yet developed. I was at one of such estates in the centenary city. However, this WTC, might not be as well planned as Centenary (I haven't really made the comparison) but it is more developed and fast developing than the C City. It's in town as well. Some plots at Achara layout cost between 10- 12M
