What a fantastic show! Bubba and John were two guys that knew what it meant to be the bad guy in the ring! Along with Roddy Piper and Ric Flair that’s my Mt. Rushmore of heels. Well done, gentlemen!🤘
I laughed so much watching this, brilliant show. I'd love to go out drinking with you guys and hear more of these stories, only problem is, I really cannot drink like I used to lol.
Thank you for another wonderful episode. There were too many great stories to count here but the Iowa farmboys and your reaction to them had me in tears. That definitely deserves its own clip.
These guys help the business of wrestling a lot, first time I saw bradshaw in 1996 super star I knew he was good. He had a great career, pairing him with Ron was among the best thing in wrestling.
John. The video is showing as unlisted so I didn't get the notification. Could you please change that? I don't want people missing out on this awesome show or you on views.
started watching wrestling about 10 in 98. i think it was the best era in wrestling. the attitude era was the best era in wrestling. jeff and matt hardy were my favorite tag team but nothing beat devon get the tables
john i loved you in apa but when you cut your hair and you started goin after rey mysterio you where that super heel then at 14 i hated you now at 30 i love it because you did it so damn well
Just today I watched a match with Rey and Khali where John was doing commentary and it reminded me of how good JBL was at being the heel. He was absolutely infuriating and it was fantastic!😆Korderas was the referee and he looked legit scared of Khali and concerned for Rey. Between Rey, John and Jimmy they all combined to make Khali look like an unstoppable monster. It was a masterclass in story telling!
"Did they have Clothes On ? (on the farm boy transvestites(?), in a Cedar Falls(?) Iowan bar (featuring the Undertaker ("Taker"). )" - Gerald Brisco "Creative change... (go figure)." - Bubba/Bully Ray Dudley "John, remember when you gave All That Hope to the Public Enemy ?" - Bubba Ray (on the APA's beatdown against the (arrogant) tag-team newcomers (Johnny Grunge and Rocco Rock), straight from ECW (before WCW), on "(Sunday Night) Heat"). "Billy Gunn doesn't age. He looks like Thanos." - JBL
Bradshaw really was THEE LAST great Heel of the old style of wrestling. Today the audience boos just out of habit and conditioning, nobody is ever really getting heat but just mention JBL’s names and the internet smarks break out their pitchforks. Jim Cornette and Vince McMahon are a close 2nd and 3rd.
We all know pro wrestling is acting performances show but we couldn't imagine the characters they played when fans threatened them it get into their head they get personal is not comfortable characters to play but if their boss asked them is so or die just like you regular job
This show is easily the best going right now I love not having 2 hours of ads during a good interview

3 absolute LEGENDS. Glorious content, thank you Bradshaw! Feels like I’m there with them. Keeps the depression away 🤘🏼

easily the best.. and thank all three of you for your contribution to the business. Deeply appriciated.

@43:30, there's an important lesson from Gerald Briscoe, that was expressed to Bubba: "If you didn't make anybody, you didn't beat anybody"
That's funny story period
Bubba looks young and awesome.
John. The video is showing as unlisted so I didn't get the notification. Could you please change that? I don't want people missing out on this awesome show or you on views.
Thank you!
You're welcome, John and thanks. There's no podcast I enjoy more than yours and this episode is too good to miss.

The Dubleys gave tag team wrestling the respect it needed, of course they did it with the APA, Edge n Xtian, hardys and others
Bubba on Stone Cold show should be epic
Ya, that's right? These guys didn't toot thier own horn about being interracial tag teams. It wasn't even an issue? How cool is that? Amazing!

They do love to hate him, don't they? lol
Spike and Balls vs Dudleys classic stuff
30:19 For the Spike Dudley fans
Wish they had given Bully Ray a run in WWE. I liked Bubba during his brand split singles run too.
If the and the Dodleysuyran the tag team devion WOW
Spike should have been inducted with the Dudley Boyz
Bradshaw!!!!!!!!!! Get the tables....
Too bad tommy dreamer got in trouble n on punishment on busted open all because he sticked up for ric flair weak generation we in smh 🤦♂️😏
New wrestling every week football only 17 weeks
MAGGLE!

Bradshaw has just a bunch of garbage piled up around him and what appears to be a terra cotta warrior propped up in the background 😂
Does Brisco have a big chew in his mouth every podcast??
