I have carpal tunnel too... sucks because I also work on a computer, and read a lot, write a lot, do art, and if I had a keyboard again I'd be playing piano.. the pain definitely gets worse with colder weather. For the past couple days it feels like my lower arm/wrist/hand is in a vice. I try to do stretches and relax it when I can. Sometimes I'll wrap a heating pad around my wrist. I've also found that CBD salve helps a lot.

2 things:
1) I have EDS and my love of massive fantasy books makes my wrists HURT, but I got a kindle this year and it’s changed everything. Big felt
2) I hate that our inner queer kids have had to come to terms with The TERF™️ but I’m glad we aren’t alone in having that nostalgia ruined. At least we can read gay fanfic that makes her mad?
