This system is fitted with:
train models (room for 2 people per cart)
arrival signs
in-chat announcements
barrier blocks for track safety
station exteriors with logos
station interiors with fare gates and system map

Their not mods, it's a plugin called traincarts. You need a server for plugins to work
cool is this server private or public?
As it states in the description, sadly, our server is whitelisted.. this is due to the server being open a couple months at a time due to the majority of staff busy at university (including myself)

Do you use an audio plugin/resource pack for the sounds or was that edited in?
Many people believe they were put in after but they are in fact in the game! They replace the time of day music on the resource pack. We screen recorded bits of ambient sound videos and picked apart the audio clips to layer them up, also making sure they sounded good no matter where you are in the world when the music kicks in! We replaced the rain sounds with something more realistic too
