Hi! The service looks amazing. I have a doubt though. If I only have one song in my Spotify catalogue, how are you going to know which playlist is the best for me? Which data is the recommendation based on? Also, how do I know these 25k playlists you have are legit and not bots?
Hey Surjy, thanks for the comment. Our matching system uses data from your Spotify profile to match you with the most relevant playlists. So if you have one track or ten, it doesn't matter :) Our promo team spend a lot of time quality checking any playlist curators we work with, so you can be assured that we do not work with curators who are illegitimate ❤
This sounds good but are these bot playlists and how long will your song stop on the playlist for
Hey Anthony, these aren't botted playlists, we manually quality check all playlists within our network to ensure the streams you receive from the playlist are legitimate. Your song will remain on the playlist for a length that's dependent on the quality of engagement within the playlist. For example, if your track gets lots of saves and engagement whilst in the playlist it'll be in for longer than if it keeps getting skipped!

There's no refund because we guarantee to provide you with valuable feedback if you aren't playlisted. We're more than just a playlisting tool, we're here to help you develop valuable fanbases. Having said that, 80% of submissions do successfully land on a playlist!
Major playlisting platforms return the money. It’s only fair.

@@unhurdmusic yeah that’s honestly trash I can’t gamble with my music and only get feedback after being rejected, then what’s the whole point
@@rebelwav6798 Our hypothesis is that the feedback is more valuable than a placement. If you're rejected from a playlist, it's usually for a constructive reason. Maybe for example the track hasn't been mixed well, or your Spotify profile isn't complete. This feedback can be used to improve your level as an artist vs promoting when you're not ready to.
@@chasneymuguza8742 It's all about developing you as an artist. If you get rejected, there's a reason for it. This reason can often be incredibly valuable to your progression.
