I sometimes have out of body expeirience when i sleep on my back i stay alert in my forehead and put my body to sleep. research is being done on this function of the mind..also referd to as astral projection or sleep paralysis
bro i don't think this is a joke because when i was small my dad told me this story aswell and i stop doing this but then I recently started doing it again when i was 12 because i stared thinking for my self now i suffer from pectus carinatum, google search this. If you look up reasons not to sleep on your stomach, there's tons of medical research and proof that it's beneficial.

I sometimes have out of body expeirience when i sleep on my back i stay alert in my forehead and put my body to sleep. research is being done on this function of the mind..also referd to as astral projection or sleep paralysis

Dude, it's not nonsense. All the stuff he says is true. Look up the Sudden Infant death syndrome he was talking about on the Wikipedia page, they have a whole section about sleeping position.
If you look up reasons not to sleep on your stomach, there's tons of medical research and proof that it's beneficial.

@Mizzcutieboo, i don't think i understand your question right, what do you meen with "thats why my breathing has gone like bad"? please clarify better, do you meen that your lungs are more bad or what? if you mean your lungs then it can play alot of factor, lack of activity, smoking, astma or any cronicle lunge-desise, it is preferible to sleep on right side and it is a Sunnah also, and remember this, "whosoever does 1 Sunnah has the reward of 100 Martyrs"

@Kareena1988 i am too over weight and sleeping on my stomach is very comfortable and the only comfortable way i could sleep but if the long term affects are this horrible then i suggest you and me should change the was we sleep now :) no matter how bad it is you will eventually get used to it and ofcourse it will satisfy Allah S.W.T :)

I have no problem with people's religious practices as long as they are tolerant of others. I do have a problem with people who say God or the prophet (any prophet) speaks to them. I think God has many more important things to do than monitor wet dreams. With all the problems in the world wet dreams are way, way on the bottom.

Later on he (dr bilal) saw some articles that showed doctors disagreed with sleeping on the stomach and the reasons were for major health care. That is the moral of what he said.

Sleeping on your stomach is not good for your health becus your lungs are compressed and it will be hard to breath, many people have died in sleep for sleeping on there stomach becaus of lack of oxygen, the bloodflow in the heart will decrease and you will have a risk of having a bad sleep, however, whenever you sleep in your right side, the heart the lungs are in perfect balance, and why he says God dislikes this it becaus the Devil sleeps on his stomach, hope i clarified a bit.
