I was advised to make with plain flour but they didn’t rise much and nor did they with chapatti flour. I will definitely try your recipe with self raising flour inshaAllah . Jazahkallah lots Anisa 🌺
When you put rolled puri in oil, it should be at high heat then medium heat. When you are making many puris at a single time, after oil gets boiling hot, you can fry all the puris at medium heat.
Hello dear!! My Puri's never turn out fluffy. They look like papad😂 I have a doubt do we add in the boiled milk and water mixture while it hot/lukewarm or room temperature?? Thank u
Hi Hun I made these puris exactly as you showed..at first the puris were breaking but after about the first 10, the puris started to come out very nice and soft and weren't crumbling as much!! Do you know what I might've done wrong? Xx
+saheda rahman hi hope u are well, it can depend on the dough, to get it just right. shouldn't be too soft nor too firm either, and to fry on medium to high heat. Hope that helps xx
