For future reference in case you ever decide to throw another $25 party for another woman, Dollar Tree balloons $1 for a pack of 100, you can make an entire wall of balloons. Box mix & 2 icings, $3. That leaves $21 for other decorations & snacks, which you could get all at Dollar Tree also. You’re literally going to the most expensive kinds of places for these things (party stores, bakeries) & surprised you can’t get much for your budget. If you want to actually be cheap, you have to go to cheap stores. Then you won’t actually have to haggle your way around expensive speciality stores. Especially when it comes to small businesses, you’re ripping them off to an extent, & at a point it becomes disrespectful. Bakers especially arnt gonna do free labor just bc you ask nicely.
