Those Markings are used by the MOW Crew so the Guy inside a MOW Vehicle doing various Maintenance can easily See where Hardware needs to be Replaced.

I noticed in the first two shots there were green markings on the rails. Any idea why? Also nice to see auto frames on the third train. Very good video!
