I work with somone who at every monhtly team meeting swipes their mobile phone it's something I became aware of as I attend in person at the office our manager does not notice even a colleague joins the meeting via confrencing software has noticed it. Learning the dress code by by osberveriving at the office. My manager gives work related complements .
The amount of times I’ve been stopped around the coffee makers and creamers for another woman to tell me how they “use to be my size” …how does anyone respond to that? Perfect note about Not commenting on appearance. Very important point.
