- Today we're playing Warhammer 40K: Battlesector! It's a fun turn-based tactics game taking place within the Warhammer 40k universe. The latest Necron DLC releases alongside a new dynamic campaign, Planetary Supremacy! It's like Risk but it's nothing like that, and there's a robot skeleton!

Good timing. I just started collecting Tyranids while getting back into Warhammer 40k.
I still remember the old Tyranids models back when I used to collect Warhammer as a kid. They're famously terrible models, but the current range is absolutely stunning!
I was looking for a game similar to the table top and didn't even know this game existed. Going to watch the series and check out the other races, cheers!
I fought necrons and sisters on my tyranid playthrough. I think this is more of a differance between your early access build for the Necron's and the final release rather than the difference in factions. This gives us "neutral" factions for the space marines and the necrons. I think we need a cultist/gene stealer army for a third "neutral" faction to give us a tyranid themed group for those tiles.

I like that you can use weapons like in the tabletop. I play Tyranids, I hope you will enjoy it too. And the Exocrine is my favorit unit. It's just sooooo goooood.😁
The exocrine is my favourite unit to use, and least favourite to play against! :P
@@JanetOnOccasion I think you should get a Trygon, I realy like that too, and the Hive Guards are good. The Hive Tyrant is expensive but strong, I don't know how it works in the game but if they are like on the table, than it's should be good. And I think you can change the weapon of the Tyrannofex, it has a big gun with big damage.

A "Tyranid Breakfast" sounds either delicious or horrendously obsene, I can't tell which.
It's either 4 midsize planets worth of biomass...
or really, *really*, ***REALLY*** tart.
I'm really glad tyranids got a buff on tabletop recently, now a Tyrannofex with Chumbus... Blaster is finally viable.
Chumbas blaster? Wtf have the norn queens been dreaming up while I slumber?
Sucks that my Gaunt-Goyle Carpet with Biovore and Harpies got nerfed in the way i used them
The Tervegant and Harpy buffs were nice though, and the new unit fits my style

I tried playing as the Tyranids, and I just cant make them work in this campain, the neturals keep smashing everything.

The Necrons are DLC, and only the Blood Angels have a full story campaign - But yeah, basically :)

I want army painter and more units, and more factions

I'm okay with the army painter,but Tau isn't probably the next faction added,if they add more
To put it simply,Tau doesn't make much sense so far from their empire,instead a chaos faction or maybe eldar could make more sense,as we see chaos gates around the map and eldar are mostly figthing chaos

@@glomibabel1894 the game has a linear campain for the blood angels,this new planetary domination campain,skirmish and online skirmish
@@glomibabel1894 the problem is that this game is after the devastation of baal,where tyranids got hungry and almost detroyed Baal and his moons,so having blood angels and tyranids makes sense from a lore prespective,having necron makes sense because they cound resurrect from any planet,as no one knows how many and where are all the Tomb world. it would make sense to have chaos come around,and another faction to help figth it
I would also like Tau being here but they are probably the least possible faction that gets added,as they are small,very far and don't care about a desert world filled with space marines

I understand what you mean, but it is based off the tabletop which is a similar type of gameplay.
