Photography is superb. Situation is realistic and terrifying; that is why to always let someone know where you are going and when you intend to return.
Wow! Great work! I just searched for Icelandic movies- and your film popped up. I was reading a travel writing of famous Indian writer who visited Rikyalvik in 1961. Greetings from India!
I was thinking, if it happened to the guy in the video, and he went back to make the movie about his experience, then he was obviously rescued, and probably by the guy on the boat. One thing that really pisses me off is when a movie is made like this, saying "Based on a true story", and when the film maker is asked about the true story, he says "Yeah, it's probably happened to someone at some point."
Oh my God that poor man The Tide is coming in his boat has gone and his only hope just drove on by what a horrible movie I wish I could be the one to rescue him wow.
Wait what? What is this even about just some random guy getting stuck on a rock in the most unrealistic way possible and some drunk not saving him? The People who are saying the story is good probably turned their brains off
Baldur Páll Hólmgeirsson wow ok alright who honestly just falls asleep in that type of situation its rocky af out there he basically asked to get stuck out there
Baldur Páll Hólmgeirsson you can get tired i guess but shouldn’t making sure the boat won’t float away emediatly be your primary task in this type of situation 😂

Thank you for this positive film to start off the new year...
😂
Such a great little movie, strong story, great scenery and properly filmed. Love it.

Intriguing, dramatic but simple and original.
Greetings from Danmark 🤜 🇩🇰 🤛
Thank you
Simply put, brilliant!
Legend has it that he's still waiting for a drink on the rocks.....
Wow, such a beautiful and engaging film. M
Uuummm, soooo, yah if that was a movie in iceland my drive to work will blow your fkn mind.
Very touching.
does anyone know how the story ended
The boat returned and saved the kayaker.
no
In iceland, they have a lot of time to think.
And he still thought it was a good idea
I wish
Very nice. Are you making any new movies or projects?
We've done 3 other shorts.
@@Saeli83 Are you still making movies? Would you be interest in collab with other filmmakers?
What a sad movie…😢
Okay. My take from this film? I'm not going kayaking in Iceland.
Good super small movie
If it's based on a true story, who did it happen to? The actor in the film?
Also, what happened at the end of the story? The guy died?

did he think he was asking for a drink?
why didn't he swim? hmmmm
The arctic ocean is quite cold. He probably wouldn't last very long.
Hypothermia.
Vá er fallegur staður
Disturbing...

The part about how he gets stuck is a true story bro. :)
Baldur Páll Hólmgeirsson wow ok alright who honestly just falls asleep in that type of situation its rocky af out there he basically asked to get stuck out there
Plasma someone who is resting after a long row and falls asleep accidentally, I assume.

Plasma of course, but the unawareness of the tide difference there makes the fool do a sloppy job. 🙂
Bad story with a poor end !
Thanks for your constructive input
Good cinematography with a very tired plot and a cheap ending.
