I love how modest he is about the 'sexy vampire' angle. I mean, he kind of did put an end to the bullshit way they portray vampires as 'sexy', but at the same time, Joe being Joe, and Cass being Cass, he's attractive in his own all-around package kind of way - it's a different kind of sexy, a more gritty, genuine sexy, and I much prefer that to the fake squeaky-clean 'sexy vampire' angle most go for. Also, the guy in general, I love how pathologically honest he always is, and it's always good to see a decent northerner doing well at something.

He's so wasted in this role. Not enough screen time, not enough exploration of his character, not enough room to be that incredibly expressive actor that you see in everything else he's done. (This is England, Misfits and movies). I'm happy he's working. Hopefully he's getting good money. Hopefully he's happy. But American tv producers are idiots. This is suppose to be a "dark & edgy" show. They need to let him speak like himself and let lose.

It is a bit mixed but every word he says is Irish when he speaks as Cassidy. Very hard to pull off a genuine Irish accent, so hats off to him.
