Lovely design for early summer/Independence Day. It's actually generic enough that any manicurist in any country with a red, white and blue flag could use this polish for their national day manicure. Actually, I think this would look just as nice in many color combinations.
I am 99% certain I am stealing this idea for the 4th because I love it. I liked the others you did too in the live stream (which I finally just watched) and so those are tempting but I think easy is still better for me and this seems a lot easier then the others - for my skill set at least. I am so behind watching - I finally am following your twitch instead of waiting for uploads, and just finally joined the discord. You always have such great nail ideas - I have used a few already and everyone always loves them (and I always tell them where I got the idea - most just really don't do much with their nails, which is something I don't understand) and I know I will find a lot more ideas too.
the fan brush is definitely easier - and quicker! - than the striped drag marble. I hope it turns out well for you =) And you can share pics in discord when you're done if you want

Great idea for july 4th nails! I was thinking on trying it but going to do my stripes over white blossom/blooming gel, then take clear blossom before i do blue stripes! thanks for sharing an also giving me a idea for my nails! Happy 4th

I just love this mani and I'm thinking about doing this for the 4th of July but my only problem is I don't have a fan brush. I'm hoping Walmart sells a fan brush in they're cosmetics department. I'm crossing my fingers because that's the only store I have access to before the holiday and if I were to order one it may not get here in time. tfs 💟🌷
If they don't have a small enough fan brush in the cosmetics department, look in the art supply section. I know I've seen small fan brushes at Walmart, but I think the cosmetics department at my local Walmart only has large ones meant for applying highlighting powder. They have several art supply items small enough for nail art, actually. There's tons of glitter, crystals, stones, studs, and of course, acrylic paints if you're brave enough to paint freehand.

I really don't know what kind of brushes they sell there because when I'm in that section I'm either looking at nail polish or skin care products, I never wear make-up. Scratch the free hand suggestion, I'll be lucky if I can pull off this brush technique but I'm so hoping to be able to pull this mani off. Thanks for all your suggestions my friend. 🌺💟
if you don't have any luck at walmart, check at Michael's if you have one near you - that's actually where this one came from, a lot of my brushes are not technically "nail art brushes"

It turned out great !! I think the fan brush method is the easiest to apply to get the colors straight on the nail. Really pretty.

I did wait for the white to mostly dry, and since I did one color at a time, the red was already dry by the time I did the blue
