So glad it was helpful! At the moment we do not have reports, sheets, or dashboard templates available for purchase - but we do have a lot of free downloadable resources on our website! You can find those here: www.echoprojectmanagement.com/templates-worksheets

Thanks! very helpful. I noticed that you created other smartsheets with filtered data to show the right info like by "assigned to" to link them with the widgets, my question is: how do you keep those files updated if the original data is on the original/general Smartsheet? the idea is to keep the created dashboards automatically updated, isn't it? (hope you understand my question).

Hi @glendanavarro658 - dashboard widgets are made up of reports and metrics sheets, which pull from the data on the sheet(s) you're reporting from. Every time a change is made to a sheet, the reports automatically update, and therefore the dashboard is always current. Hope that helps - thanks for watching!

Could you share formula used for Tasks/Activities due this week, next week, etc..

We have several different approaches, including formulas, metadata sheets, etc. We will add this to our video request list, because it requires a bit more explanation. Thanks for the comment!

Are we able convert from sheet to report directly

    • @echolocity

You can pull a metric from a sheet, or you can do a chart from a report. Often times we will pull a metric from a sheet, but when you click on the metric widget on the dashboard have it open a report. Hopefully that answers your question, but if not, please provide a bit more context and hopefully we can help!

Thanks Mike! - Out of curiosity - do you think it is better to have the participants shown or do the stricter webinar and not show them and not have them able to speak up. We've gone back and forth. We like interaction with the audience - but we don't want it to be distracting!

@@echolocity Nice presentation. New to Smartsheet and this software is also new to my role as a Project Planner (we use P6, MS Project, ASTA). I think it's better to have everyone put off their cameras during the presentation and have them on when one has a question. Keep up the good works.

The speaker says 'right?' A LOT; it's very distracting (similar to when speakers say 'like' or 'um').

You people complain a lot for the smallest crap. Listen, Watch, and Learn. These little call outs and complaints are just plain stupid.
