    Follow these steps and you’ll fall in love with making Tuo zaafi .
    Ingredients
    2 liters of water for the porridge
    One cup corn flour (aburosam)for the porridge
    For the TZ
    2 cups of Cassava flour (kokonte)
    One cup corn flour (aburosam)
    Extra one cup hot water
    POINTS TO NOTE
    Mix your Tz powder before starting to combine.
    Kokonte makes your TZ soft but not the corn flour.
    Make your porridge light because it will thicken up.
    At the mixing stage be very fast else it will be lumpy.
    The front tapping ,and side be side tapping breaks up hidden lumps and smoothens the TZ.
    The porridge set aside;when added back make the TZ softer than before.
