- Dabeli is a popular street food of Mumbai, originating in the Kutch region of Gujarat. This tiny stall in Borivali, Mumbai is serving authentic kutchi dabeli from past 25 years. The man in video who is the owner of the stall makes the dabeli at the lighting fast speed. People often stand in long queues to have a taste of his dabeli and enjoy watching him prepare too.

The taste is so different and amazing.

I’m sorry I’m a county certified food safety specialist and this is horrifying there is so much foodborne illness and cross-contamination in these streets and bicycle vendors it’s no wonder anybody’s alive in these countries don’t get me wrong there’s nothing else for them to eat besides dirt so I suppose it’s better than that but good God can’t you use one spoon for each ingredient and not your hands???
