It never did during the promotion but the album Blue;S where the song is included, was an absolute hit in the sales department. Blue;S is the 3rd album of Mamamoo’s Four Seasons Album Series released in autumn of 2019, representing Solar’s color blue. Wind Flower is my absolute favorite. Its a melancholy song, recalling for a relationship that had already ended, acceptance and moving forward.
You'll be surprised how many good b-sides Mamamoo has. Their albums are full of hidden gems. Like, my favorite MMM song is MY STAR which was never promoted. The concert live band performance of My Star blew my mind.

Honestly, if I can describe in one word about Mamamoo, my praise would be they are like an “Essay!” Why? Because every of their performances, they always ace the introduction, hook, thesis, body paragraph, topic sentences, supporting details, and last but not least, they alway have a perfect conclusion! They start strong and always end strong! Like their performances always have a story from the start to the end! There’s no flaw in their performances and this is why their performances is like an essay to me! They always played with new kind of genre and music unlike other kpop that I have seen. It still did good on the charts though just never reached top 5 only top 10. Windflower is about missing someone. The song is about a breakup with a love one and finding out that it'll get better as time pass. That's why "get better day by day" is a lyric. You should see the mv very fashionably good.

When they had their comeback show they performed Wind Flower because it's not only special to Moo Moos but also special to them too. It was a good show with commentary from Mamamoo themselves about their songs and careers. Mamamoo has a lot of great songs and videos that never see the light of day because whoever manages their YT channel doesn't know what they're doing and neither does their promotions department. I mean they released a full length album last year, Reality in Black, and promoted the same amount of time as they did for Travel, which has sold more units and has more MVs. For some reason. 👀 As you can see, Moo Moos are salty about some things. 😂
idk if anyone else has answered this question, but "wind flower" refers to anemone flowers (etymologically I think anemone means daughter of the wind or something like that). among other things, anemones symbolize forsaken/lost love and the loss (or death) of a loved one. so the message of the song is that although you're sad about breaking up with your lover and regret not treating them better when you had the chance, now that the relationship is over all you can do is endure it until sadness blows away in the wind

It's from their criminally neglected masterpiece Blue;S, which was released in the fall of 2018 as the 3rd album in the 4 Season 4 Color series (the Fall/Blue album). I Miss You wasn't originally for the fans (tho they have written 3 love songs to moomoos). They partially re-wrote I Miss You for the Queendom competition to turn it into a fan song. Yeah, it's hard to listen to a cover of a MMM song without wishing you were listening to the original version. APink's Eunji is one of the few singers who can pull off Mamamoo songs imo. Male versions are better because they don't try to sound like MMM and do it their own way. Seventeen has done excellent MMM covers, Imfact has done a couple terrific covers of Starry Night, and Onewe rocked a fantastic version of HIp. Onewe is Mamamoo's baby brother rock band at RBW, in case you're not familiar with them. Onewe backs up Mamamoo whenever they do a live rock version of their songs for award shows, such as Decalcomanie and Gogobebe.

I love the whole MAMAMOO discography but Wind Flower totally hits different. It is the title track of the album Blue;s which is also one of my favorites. Mamamoo and moomoos save it as our hidden gem because, when it was released, it didn't get the recognition deserved. The MV is a master piece inspired in different films from Hong Kong and the lyrics are just beautiful.

When they had their comeback show they performed Wind Flower because it's not only special to Moo Moos but also special to them too. It was a good show with commentary from Mamamoo themselves about their songs and careers. Mamamoo has a lot of great songs and videos that never see the light of day because whoever manages their YT channel doesn't know what they're doing and neither does their promotions department. I mean they released a full length album last year, Reality in Black, and promoted the same amount of time as they did for Travel, which has sold more units and has more MVs. For some reason. 👀 As you can see, Moo Moos are salty about some things. 😂

idk if anyone else has answered this question, but "wind flower" refers to anemone flowers (etymologically I think anemone means daughter of the wind or something like that). among other things, anemones symbolize forsaken/lost love and the loss (or death) of a loved one. so the message of the song is that although you're sad about breaking up with your lover and regret not treating them better when you had the chance, now that the relationship is over all you can do is endure it until sadness blows away in the wind

A wind flower is an anemone, which symbolizes lost love. Wind Flower is a breakup song and is one of MMM's most underrated and least commercially successful title tracks. It's from their criminally neglected masterpiece Blue;S, which was released in the fall of 2018 as the 3rd album in the 4 Season 4 Color series (the Fall/Blue album).
I Miss You wasn't originally for the fans (tho they have written 3 love songs to moomoos). They partially re-wrote I Miss You for the Queendom competition to turn it into a fan song.
Yeah, it's hard to listen to a cover of a MMM song without wishing you were listening to the original version. APink's Eunji is one of the few singers who can pull off Mamamoo songs imo. Male versions are better because they don't try to sound like MMM and do it their own way. Seventeen has done excellent MMM covers, Imfact has done a couple terrific covers of Starry Night, and Onewe rocked a fantastic version of HIp. Onewe is Mamamoo's baby brother rock band at RBW, in case you're not familiar with them. Onewe backs up Mamamoo whenever they do a live rock version of their songs for award shows, such as Decalcomanie and Gogobebe.

I love the whole MAMAMOO discography but Wind Flower totally hits different. It is the title track of the album Blue;s which is also one of my favorites. Mamamoo and moomoos save it as our hidden gem because, when it was released, it didn't get the recognition deserved. The MV is a master piece inspired in different films from Hong Kong and the lyrics are just beautiful.
