It's a performance during one of their concert of the songs they did on a variety show called 'Immortal songs'. It's not their songs but covers. That show is actually one of the way they got more popular during their debut years.

You got it - they're artists, they're women among girls, they're the whole package as singers & performers with bff chemistry, individual charisma and off the charts stage presence and they're best when live. Answers to your questions:
They almost always line up in the order you saw in the vid - it's their home position. Left to right:
Moonbyul - Moon Byulie aka Moonstar (Byul means Star). Primary rapper, tho Hwasa is also a member of the rap line and all members rap on some songs. Moonbyul writes all her own rap verses and is one of the most highly credited female lyricists in kpop. She's also an excellent singer and is considered to be one of their best dancers. Note that MMM doesn't have main vs lead positions like most groups - the only official position is Solar as the leader. They're a 4X4 team.
Solar - Kim Yongsun. Leader and eldest member. Primary crackhead in a group so hyper, goofy and out of control they're called beagle-dols. Famous for her powerful belting but has a spiritual purity to her voice that will give you religion. Runs a yt channel called Solarsido where she takes on a new challenge every week and uploads vids every Mon & Thurs.
Wheein - Jung Wheein. Known for her sweet as honey voice and her enormous dimples. Aka Wheepup because she's like a cute, adorable puppy. Wheein is often overlooked at first by new fans so she's almost like Mamamoo's secret weapon - backbone of the vocal line, near photographic memory, and practically perfect at everything she does whether it's singing, dancing, art (she paints the cover art for her solo projects), etc.
Hwasa - Ahn Hyejin. Maknae, aka "the fatal maknae" because she makes everything sexy. Known for her sultry voice and r&b and jazz vocal style. Calls herself Rihanna's biggest fan. Aka Hwalion with a fierce, take no prisoners stage presence but off stage she's a cuddly furball and is perhaps the most laid back, normal member of the beagle litter.
All members sing, rap, dance, write songs and play instruments. They are involved in all creative aspects of their music and career including styling and MV concepts and they did their own choreo up til 2019. All members have successful solo careers on the side and are in demand for features and collabs with other artists.
The mustache move during their unique, harmonized intro - that's their signature move, which refers to their debut song Mr Ambiguous, the first song they performed in the medley.
Not to be missed live performances:
I Miss You - on the Queendom gg competition tv show. Simply one of the all-time best live vocal performances by a kpop girl group. In that round of Queendom the competitors had to perform a song suggested by their fans. MMM took the spirit of the fan round to heart and partially re-wrote I Miss You to turn it into a love song to moomoos (the fandom name is moomoo).
Immortal Songs Medley - from a 2017 MMM concert. A medley of some of the songs they covered on the singing competition tv show Immortal Songs 2 up til then. Perhaps the best intro to MMM owning the stage and the audience.
Immortal Songs 2 - 14 appearances on this highly regarded singing competition tv show, which features many of S Korea's best singers. The competitors sing new arrangements of classic (immortal) songs by older artists as both a tribute and a competition. My favs are Delilah and Backwoods but they're all spectacular vocal showcases.
MMM at year-end award shows. They often rearrange their hits, sometimes in a completely different genre, and always put on a show-stopping performance. Their debut appearance at the 2018 MAMA award show is legendary and controversial.

MAMAMOO is known for their vocals and stage presence. Their live performances are amazing because they sound just like, if not better, than their studio versions and are super comfortable on stage. Like others have suggested, I would say watch their Immortal Songs Medley. Then you can dive into their MAMA Award show performances from 2018, 2019, and 2020 (plus Hwasa’s individual performance of MAMA 2020). You won’t regret it!
You wanna watch them perform?? Well, try watching their F/W concert. It's 4hour long and each member has their own solo stages for 20mins each.

Mamamoo generally stands in the following order(which they do in this video): Moonbyul, Solar(leader & oldest), Wheein, and Hwasa(youngest). I struggled to learn their names too because when I started listening Solar and Wheein had the same hair color. 😂 It's always cool to see more Black folks appreciating Mamamoo because they're real R&B artists that are somehow navigating K-Pop successfully.

One of my favourite things to find and enjoy is music that gives me chills and goosebumps. I was cruising TH-cam recently and discovered a Russian talent show contestant that did just that, with one of the best, most unique voices I've heard in many years. Her delivery was nothing short of magical and I searched out more and more and more, and...more chills.
I was stunned to find that the first performance I heard was when she was 14!!!! She's now 17 and still developing. She sings in Russian, French, English and Arabic.
The covers she performed on that show are very popular on TH-cam. Many TH-camrs publish reactions on these performances, which include the ethnic song "River" (in a new musical arrangement), "Blizzard", "Wicked Game", "Human", "Derniere Danse", "Helwa Ya Baladi" and others.

You should absolutely watch the Immortal Songs Medley and also their performance of Delilah on Immortal songs! As far as learning more about them, I’d definitely recommend watching Purple Hawke’s Introducing Mamamoo guide. But for their names, one on the far right in the sweats is Hwasa. Blazer and bangs is Wheein. Long pony and powerhouse is Solar. Sweater vest and deep voice is Moonbyul! ❤️
