Theres plenty of other ways to do it too! You can also run wham, arc, arc option, trap, cage and lead to fix different issues the defense might give you. It's a really, really versatile blocking scheme that can do a lot of things with little to no tweaking.

When you give the lock call, do you have a separate call or do you tag it?
You tag it to the call. So instead of Inside Zone it would be Inside Zone Lock
