Like this we made mooli achaar==raddish pickle... instead of vada we put lite boiled reddish in this and keep it for fermentation until it tastes little sour😋😍🤤
My wife prepared it on our first Holi together after wedding, and my parents and me who had never tasted it before or even knew about it, liked it so much that they now avoids all other dishes and prefer kanji vadas plus its tangy water and Guzias❤️❤️❤️
