The stator is rotating on its housing, its either glued or pressed into place, maybe both. Either way slip will damage/ break the phase and or the Hall Effect sensors leads, leading to a cutout. Any clonks especially between forward and back, any scrapping sounds inside the motor, get off don't ride it further.
My kingsong is clicking like a horse with metal shoes on pavement. Freemotion euc sent video to kingsong and they are supposed to send new motor. I don't feel comfortable attempting such a procedure. Awesome video.

Skydio 2 I always hand launch and land it, you can hold the blue button on the beacon and drag the drone to a landing spot if you dont want to go into manual mode, I have been having some trouble with the reception further away on my beacon, I have the first one, possibly getting that new beacon could make it better experience.

Ewheels said they will try and look into the issue and gave us the option to delay (*sigh*) the shipment for a few more weeks in order to fix it. So, if it holds, it's fine. If it doesn't hold it could fry the motherboard and cut out. Fun, right?
The phase wires are very tightly fastened and if it begins to shift you will hear a grinding sound. I hhad my motor opened today for inspection and they’re not going anywhere. I imagine it’s a fairly rare thing has the moment

I like your video, it shows what is honestly possible. And it shows the difference between the manufacturers' promises and reality.
They really need to start doing recalls on wheels with known issues that could throw you off. I’ve never forgiven Sherman for pretty much ignoring all those cracked rims

A bit concerned that your choice of footwear might not be too great for your ankles in the event of an off-incident, damaging one’s ankle/s can be life-changing. I’m sure it’s warm enough out there compared to many other places, but I hope you never come off at speed with just those trainers on, much less get a pedal strike to the Achilles, etc. But - enjoy anyway!
Thanks for doing this. It shows me that I don't need to do a ground camera as the footage isn't enough to justify the work it takes to set it up. Also, I think you would have been fine sans drone as well because the phone recording and GoPro were really all that was needed. Though I know how EXTREME you are, so I guess it makes sense. :P
With the Insta360 gps remote, you get a more accurate speed. At 74 kph (46 mph) on EUC World, the gps would show 68 kph (43 mph), on my Sherman. Yes I will be waiting longer for my S22, with current issues #iamstillwaitingformyS22
@Duf heard my other buddy zooming by on his shermax and i heard his beeps and he said slow down so when I check the app my top speed was 70kph. He got up to 80kph on his shermax.
If it's that hard to hit 40MPH I'll wait for the V13. I'm not a speed freak but not worth $3200 for 10MPH more than my V11. I can only imagine it would be easier to reach 40 on a wheel with a higher top speed to begin with.
I was thinking the same thing. It's not a comfortable ride for me. It's to wide. It's pushing my legs outwards very soon my legs are gonna be like Dufs that's why I have to get rid of the pads too. I can accelerate better on my S18 or V11. Maybe this bigger wheels are not just for me I'm only 5'4" and 136 lbs. I should have ordered the Master instead but it's just too fragile.

With the motor issue piled on top of a bad slider design, stiffest stock ride of any suspension wheel, and a number of dead boards, I don't really know I would whole heartedly recommend it to anyone right now. Maybe when they fix all of the shit, but may be too late by then.

65kph is 40mph and no beeps thats not to bad. Im interested to see someone hit 70kph and see the tiltback kick in and work. I believe s22 is still the fastest of all wheels with working tiltback. Even tho its unlikly to be coded well and probably randomly cuts out at who knows what or why. Oh i know they why "this is my joke" its usually the coder got the first half of the wheel coded, the bit that says go, then it was lunch time so he quickly typed the plot twist of the story is...the end, cut out infrint of bus thats behind you. and he went out for pies. And took the rest of the day off. Nobody else could read the story he wrote about whats going to happen to the rider. And the riders initially are pleased cause it goes. And nobody was willing to put in 1 dollar each to hire a coder to type the last page of the story in. Cause we all bet our spines on it as long as it takes off and goes..yaye. Example. If wheel volts drop to low then tilt me back. If wheel cant spin faster then tilt me back. If wheel overheats then tilt me back. If wheel riders personal chosen setting local speed limit reached then tilt me back. But it was lunch time so he typed, The end then cut out. Mmmm pies. Riders "yaye it takes off fast, im betting my spine on it, im not putting in 1 dollar, yaye, weeeeee" Heres the funny bit, i just got a begode wheel to. Nope it's the 360, it is the wind noise reduction feature which I try to turn off but it never seems to work. The result is the sound you hear. It's one reason I don't shoot in 360 much.
I would be double vigilant riding this wheel...just too many ifs about it...stuff you never heard other motors having issue with... making me want to cancel order a second time... They don't want two wheel ebikes going faster than 40 km/h why would you want to do 70 km/h on a single wheel???

A suggestion; I find wearing a light colored (safety yellow or white) over the top of my padded jacket makes it cooler out in the sun.

Ground camera is only good for 5 second clips to make it look like you are going hella-fast.

The headwind made it harder. I don't cruise 40 but I do like going lower 30s which I cant do comfortably on the V11. But I do agree, not worth $3200
