I’m use to looking at the bumps being popped completely but tonight it looks like a lot of them aren’t being popped at all. What’s going on, this can’t be the person who usually pops because she is 💯 when it comes down to it.

It would probably be painful but what effect would waxing or even electrolysis help these skin issues? They seem to stem from the hair follicles. Destroy the follicle no more infection?
@@g.w.hampton5525 electrolysis destroys the growth cell of the hair, but l don't think it would have any effect on the sebaceous glands, which are entirely different, it's these producing excessive sebum that are the problem. Part of its hormonal, but part appears to be genetic, at 63 l still get the odd spot, my father & his sister also had very oily skin.
It seems to me, from my observations of these videos that clients with quite a bit of fine facial hair have a lot more pimples. I guess that comes from the skin oil collecting around the hair roots and getting clogged. I wonder if daily gentle facial massages would help keep the hair roots from clogging up so much. They could do this at home themselves.

I’ve watched many of her videos. She seems to prioritize closed comedones over blackheads and pustules, which could be one reason for jumping around. They also seem to try to avoid showing bleeding, and pustules always bleed when you open them, so she skips those. The randomness is frustrating
Please get the rest of that stuff out. I can’t watch knowing that just the surface is getting extracted and there’s obviously way more. I don’t understand how anyone could just ignore this.
The big hidden ones need to come out before they become bothersome, plus removing them gives any other's bubbling under the space to come forward and be expelled also. Thuy knows what she's doing. Don't forget this is just a few minutes of a session that may have been at least an hour.

I’ve noticed that most of her patients have hairs in the extraction too. Almost like different cases of folliculitis.
It's not due to infection, but an over production of sebum, not extracting from hair follicles, but sebaceous glands that are clogged up

With so many micro-bumps in amongst the large bumps, it seems like a thumbnail slide removal technique would have been more effective.
