Not correctly narrated - the conch blowing is "owned" by a Nova Scotian name Frank Davis and the bagpipe preswentation is "owned" by Rick Hearn on Northern Ice of British Columbia Canada as the original Bagpipe show

Greetings from Tampa! Thanks for the video, just accidentally stumbled across it and hit 'play'. Thanks for the content. While I could never afford the gas on a PDQ of that size I have considered a Sail model and have seen a few for sale. Question maybe you could answer...while 500 $/Month in a marina ( as I have seen the cheapest one in the Bahamas may go for) is not a bank breaker, do the mooring fields , like in this video in front the Chat and Chill have a fee? Just wondering as it would seem a good place to hunker down for a month or so on the cheap. Thanks

      Hi John. Thanks for watching!
A few things. We cruise at 8 mph so we only burn 2 gallons of diesel per hour. That's super frugal for a power boat. We can also do 20 mph but then we burn about 11 gallons per hour.
Yes, you can get moorings and typically there is a fee. Most places discount for a week or month. Many are first come first served and those around Chat n Chill are very popular so are in high demand.
Why not just anchor out like the other 300 boats? You trust your own tackle ( chain and anchor). The tackle on a mooring can be suspect. How often do they inspect and replace hardware?? Most argue that they feel safer using their own tackle.
My advice would be to anchor out and use the money saved for good food and drink. Cheers!!

@@cruisingonislandtime Thanks for the reply and info. I did not realize there were so many boats anchored ( not moored for a fee). Yeah.thats the way go to. Good winds and fair seas my friend.

And yet another great video. Have enjoyed each and every one so far. What a terrific community of boating enthusiasts. All wonderful folks that actually become family. Thought that was some serious solar on that Cat and sea planes landing/docking at the Chat n Chill was pretty neat. Pic of the sunset in George Town was one of the best I've seen. Stunning. Keep exploring! We are loving these adventures right along with you guys. Hugs to Pancake🐾. Love you all.🌴⛵
