Don’t buy a Costco Bestway pool until you know some facts.

This Costco Bestway pool is amazing and we have loved it so far.
But Some of the instructions are wrong or difficult. - กีฬา

This is really good information, thanks for sharing. That's super crazy about the cover not fitting! I bought a background stand for making videos and the bag for it is also too small and the parts can fall out! Crazy!
Yeah five more inches of material and we would be happy.
More in depth video of pump system set up please. With the letter numbers on what connects to what
I know right. Horrible directions. We set up easily last year and struggled this year.
@@northwoodsdiscovery6962 i think i found my problem, i thought my pump wasnt working because there was no water coming out of the A drain inside the pool, didnt realize you can shut it off where it has the lock, just turned it on 🤦🏻♀️ lol
I've heard you can add an aftermarket skimmer to the top of this pool and abandon the normal water intake. I'm looking at buying this pool but 100% would want a better skimmer.
Check out my video on the skimmer. We just installed two or three days ago. It’s by Intex. It is amazing so go into my channel or my videos or whatever and you can look at how we installed it and how great it works.
We just put this up and filter seems to be working but I feel no suction from the two ports and feel nothing coming out of the other!
we can never feel suction from the pool but we feel a little blowing back in to pool.
Did you see my video on youtube about adding a top skimmer. It saves so much time and the pool will look great. let me know.
We have this same pool, our cover didn’t fit either. I ordered a $20 skimmer and hooked it up works great and saves me a ton of time skimming.
Have you found any solutions for the cover issue?
We are just setting ours up. Not sure if it has a leak(s) or if it's just condensation? All the sidewalls where the water is up to is wet to touch on the outside. Found a couple areas on either side with wet spots in the sand we installed it on. Would love to know your experience with this
Condensation is very common. Especially if the water is new. Water from the hose on a well is usually 52degrees so the pool sweats like a glass of soda in the summer
You can put 1 inch chlorine tablets in the chlorine dispenser. It works great.

How is the pool it’s been about 9 months since you filmed this video , I live in souther California it’s about to get 🥵 HOT soon ! I been thinking 🤔 about buying this pool my daughters would probably be using it every day during summer do you recommend a water vacuum ?
So we love this pool so much the only downfall is the filter system. Most pools have the skimmer at water level. This one is below the water level so everything that goes past it like I said goes past it so much more Manual work with this one to keep it clean, even though every other aspect is the best.
Thank you for the video. Never owned a real pool or maintained one. Do I need to put chemicals in the water like chlorine? Wanted to cycle some water with a pump to feed my plants with it.
We did put some chlorine tablets in.
Have you had issues with your T connection leaking? Is it just a matter of getting some new rings?
No leaks yet. But lost three prongs over winter. Trying to find a source for them.

No. I have not run across any one that can stretch it to what is needed. Sorry. We used ours for a tarp and then pitched it.
They sell the 20x12x 48 looks like the same pool with the same items I just hope they address the issues. How much mason sand did you use?
We bought 2 bags and it lasted two years
@Tania ochoa: Help could you please tell me if water should be getting sucked in from the “T” attachment hoses?!! Mine is not suctioning do you have any tips on how I can fix it??

I just bought it & yet to install. Can you share the link of chlorine tablets you use? Also, how much & how often should I put those tablets?
I actually just buy any brand of the chlorine 1” tablets and keep it full

Hey what is your pressure on the filter when clean? I just installed mine and im at 7.5 psi with new sand clean water backwashed and rinsed sand. I was thinking it might be the added heater giving it more resistance so that’s why I have higher pressure. Thanks
I will try to find out. How did you test it.
Well my pump and filter have a pressure gage on the sand reservoir

We put it up again this year
The only thing I don’t like is that there is no skimmer at the top of the water level. Like all the other pools we have had inthe past 20 yrs.

How do you clean it?
We bought an extra pool skimmer and it is so amazing. I have a video of it on my channel. So cheap and installs in minutes. Let me know what you think
