Here's a simulation of a Reverse Auction for procurement, with 4 suppliers. They will compete for the ranks #1 and #2 ( 2 winners) and demonstrate a bit the dynamic that can happen during a reverse auction.

If only the client could give the money, that they pay these websites, to the vendor he'll make a buck or two more and do the job properly and happily.
