im glad you enjoyed! I go daily there to exercise and take the dog out, as i live adjacent to the moorish castle. I must say not many locals go there at night due to the spooks. I enjoy it though, as I know my way around every nook and cranny here. you had balls nevertheless! the royal engineers really put in hard graft to clear out years of rubbish and overgrowth there, its currently being rebuilt for tourists and locals. hope to have you back soon!
Thanks! It was a really incredible place, not only the Northern Defences but the whole of Gibraltar. We spent over a week there and ran out of time in the end. We did bump into some locals that night in the tunnels, that was a tense encounter but they left us alone. We loved it and will definitely be back; get the kettle on.
Thanks. I thought we had visited the tunnels when we were on holiday in Gibraltar but it seems we 'only' visited the Great Siege Tunnels and World War 2 tunnels.
