That was great, thanks. I ride trials and our trails (in Ioco..) are pretty similar.. Looks like the end got a Lot harder, and steeper. You are a very good rider. Cheers!!
Glad you didn't ride the prologue, although that would have been fun to see, but this way seeing you start at the back of the Gold Class and pick your way through was far more entertaining. Obviously your riding skill speaks for itself, but some of your last minute off the normal route line choices and the ability to react to what shows up in front of your is crazy. Thanks for posting this for the mortals amusement.
Holy shit... the riding ,and experience really shined that you have! ... left all the others .. they gone. Great riding with you to say... Only for Experienced riders Only!... in your riding experience, ty so much for experience!
Nothing more difficult than navigating VI trees, rocks, and salal. The salal is the hardest, at least you can go around trees and over rocks. Salal is like nothing else out there. Part vine, part tree, part sand trap.
BC single track where momentum is everything to hold onto from gasing out, looking forward to seeing the lappers but gopro cut short, did you swap another card in at fuel up?
At 57min. I could feel your heartbeat. Wonder if Graham could find some traction here. What an intentionally painful trail. I checked out in the first 100'.
Next race you should start behind all 200 riders of all classes after they have been given the directive not to let you pass at all costs. Because as many have said, the start was the best part! Amazing riding.
The Corduroy in Haliburton at 195 miles each day for 2 days in a row with special tests at the end were challanging races. Dont forget the Muskoka Enduros as well.
You're a hell of a rider with a quick eye for alternate lines
This was fun to watch and good on you for your patience around mere mortals! Those lines you took and acceleration, Yikes! Awesome riding!
He is the standard of sports. Fair tough fight and zero tolerance for weaker opponents. Bravo! Thanks for the video it's really awesome
Dude makes it look easy, incredible skills!
Just around the corner from my house. Used to play here on the old TY250. - Impressive ride, top notch skills!

why he didn't ride the prologue?
@@14types Maybe his schedule was too tight to race the prologue and the main event.
@@Coastal-rsidedown yup. Plus, the starting order meant exactly nothing in the end as is very evident in the results.
Great to watch a good rider... :D Thanks for taking us along. :D
Impressive maneuvering... brings me back to the days on the DS185 Suzuki... lol. Thanks for sharing Trystan! Nice Ride!
I enjoyed every moment of this 480p movie, on the edge of my seat, you are a beast of a rider man and a hell of an athlete.
World class rider! Thanks Trystan! Good luck this year against Mani!
Dang, that some patience for ten minutes off the start...."Whole lotta Look for clean lines"
Thanks for sharing. Joy to watch.
Wow I can’t believe the local guys hit that stuff on their regular rides.

Great video, the technical climbs were incredible, like to see the A riders in these areas!

Awesome footage but I can't get anything over 480p ? Thanx Trystan !!
Are those your local trails? Great line choices and smooth momentum
Awesome terrain !!!
Have you tried Vedder Mountain in Abbotsford BC ? If not , you gotta . It looks a lot like this .
Bottomless loam on Vedder, tons of rocks in other places nearby . Good west coast tight woods riding there
Another league of riding and ability
You uploaded it with little resolution 😬😬😬
so brutal!!! moss covered mtn of rock/ i mean hell.... no traction.
Did many guys even finish this race?
"That's what you get for not riding prologue" hahaha but then you get to see the entire carnage. :)
The suffering is the hardest race in Canada I was there the rock faces are massive😂
legend
Where is this on Vancouver Island?
You are a machine Trystan!
Gnarly!!
Is it legal to go off track like that ??
100% rider ability but what bike are you riding here ?

Must be intimidating having Trystan tailing you!
be cool to see a gps route of this

Shawnigan lake, Vancouver island
@@CompleteWellnesss Awesome thank you!
Man why do you keep uploading in 480p. Great ride but shit quality makes it hard to watch
😂 right?
Yup 480p is the only bad thing about this video, epic riding.
It’s a local grassroots amateur event
Next year Put KAUAI, on your schedule! The race that kicked CW2's Ass! lol
Why don't any other pro's race in this race?
Very little prize money, far away. Small event really.
ಠ_ಠ ಠ_ಠ
Let's go Trystan
Well done rider good times on the single track. Good times on the 2-stroke
As much as I enjoy you making it look ,well easy?? That doesn't look like any fun to me...holy smoke!!
it more of as trials bike track than enduro
This guys a trail cutter. Cheater
Ah no. As long as you’re following the arrows.
What trail did he cut? Which hill did he not do?
I would have been annoyed . Less than 10 seconds in and already stuck behind lappers!!that makes for a long day.
