The last boss was really difficult for me regarding where to stand with all the unavoidable AOE's she cast, so thank you. I got this done right after watching the video.
Thanks for the comment. I hadent thought of that before but it does feel more like we are the ones who took down this stronghold now. Instead of just taking advantage of them leaving weapons of mass destruction laying around.
That alarm though lol makes me want to jam knives in my ears, I guess it's ambient sound so turned it off see how it goes next time, just ran it with the lazy npcs 30 min was done, thought the bot Conj wouldn't be able to heal through all the adds on second boss but it was fine
Yes the NPCs aren't to bad at all. Long as you don't make mistakes it usually will go fine. Especially if you don't know me hanics because you can literally just follow them since they do every mechanic correctly
I believe since the update in patch 6.1 it does. This dungeon is set where you can pull a max of 2 groups at a time now though so isnt much rushing can really do. Hope this helps.
this new MSQ dungeons should have Vulnerability Stacks to be honest.. without the debuff tanks dont need to evade mechanics.. as a tank u can easily being greedy standing still throwing out all the dmg without dying.. u gonna have to spend some of ur defensive ogcd cooldown..
While this may be true for all of the lower level dungeons it is a bad habit to get into. The minor amount of dps you add as a tank while not dodging mechanics does not justify stopping the healers dps to keep you alive. Building good habits like dodging mechanics and using their defensive cooldowns when they are actually needed during these lower level dungeons will make people much better tanks for later content when it actually matters.
Final Fantasy is a very story driven RPG so I wouldnt call them useless. Especially not these that are part of the main story. To each their own though.
@@DemonSlayerGaming1 sure, when i played this dung for the first time about a year ago it was exciting to see the cutscenes and all, but im talking about the "yo i will blow this door up so look at me talking for the next 25 seconds" type of cutscenes. Same thing with the gameplay segments, it was an 8 man party, you just woke up from a cutscene and everyone is just speedrunning the thing because they saw it trillion times. I think it was good that they changed it (same with the ultima weapon being moved to a new duty) because this stuff was fun only for the first time. Now with the removal of not necessary cutscenes and overall shorter dungeon its not that annoying for returning players, and its still exciting for a newbies.
@@DemonSlayerGaming1 The last one. Rest of it is fine. I guess if I fail it enough times I'll eventually build up muscle memory to run to the right spots. Many thanks for the video, it may be my key to get through the damn thing.
I'm gunna assume the main thing giving you issues is when she goes invulnerable and jumps around the room multiple times causing multiple aoes? The first 2 sets of aoes share a single safe zone, then the next 2 sets share another safe zone, then you have to move out of the line aoe after the 4th explosion. So get in safe zone, 2 aoes, move to new sage zone, 2 aoes, move out of line Aoe. Let me know if this helps any.
@@DemonSlayerGaming1 I've tried it about a dozen times with NPCs, just can't do it. Back to EVE. Really don't understand why it's an order of magnitude harder than anything before.
Thank you very much. I loved your voice
Glad I could help

Great walkthrough! Glad they re-worked this from an 8-man and got rid of the cannon abuse.

Great guide. Very clear and easy to follow.

Does this have duty support?? I hate running with others on 1st go cuz they rush thru.

@@DemonSlayerGaming1 oh great 👍! I rather run thru with slow dumb NPCs than a bunch of rushers. Tyvm
Thank you so much for this. I was about to rage quit. lol

thanks god they changed it
I never thought it was that bad. Other than the time it took.
@@DemonSlayerGaming1 thats the point, too many useless cutscenes plus a lot segments everyone just rushed

True
I just can't move quick enough to avoid dying.
For which boss?
