We also have that plant everywhere in Nepal ..But we never eat that bean or any parts of that plant ...we use to feed it's leaves to our goat ...may be we don't know it's uses ..thanks for your dish ...i will try one day .. but i think it smells some hard ..anyway love to watch your eating 👍️👍️👍️
I think you should seriously try it. If the beans are already big and bulky inside then you can burn it, peel off the skin and take the soft skin alone with the beans according to your preference and mix it with king chilly pickle. Phewwww it's quite great. Another option is, if it's already quite dry and the beans already has black cover then soak it, peel off the black cover of the beans and fry it. It's so good. It's quite soothing to the stomach as well. It has strong smell but i believe it has quite a great medicinal values.
I think you got the wrong beans.. its Parkia Speciosa.. Those leaves cant be feeded to Goats.. 🐐 wont be satisfied with it🤣🤣🤣
