Actually, it's subjective. In American English, the H was pronounced before the 19th-century adoption of a more "French" pronunciation. In British English, it's pronounced with the h... then beyond that, it varies from region to region. Recently, I adopted the pronunciation that includes the H 🤷🏾♀️
