But id imagine it would be irritating and maybe boring to play the same story 10 times in a row just with different gameplay

God I love the music in this game and it's so good to see you playing again. Try to pick up on some of what BD1 did. If you noticed he transformed which I believe increases damage output. He utilizes the stepbacks to dodge vegetas attacks and then come back in after he's done. You can also charge those leg kicks. Still a really tough fight though
I have no memory of that training process, I am pretty sure I beat the game. Just long time ago when I did. I love how you finished off Vegeta as Gohan. That was awesome, nicely done! Good luck on Namek, I can't wait to see you play that.

I enjoyed playing ESF as a kid (Earth Special Forces, HL1 mod). Luckily they're working on a new version, and it looks beautiful. @BarisTee: I'm sure you'd be a worthy opponent in this one of a kind mod, and I'm sure you'd love the fast paced gameplay too.

I think as a kid i just had so much hype that i was able to dish out a good offense. But yeah its all about the flow and control. And practicing the move set will grow a muscle memory making you able to flawlessly execute every skill in the game even for a different character. Be one with the watah my friends Love that flawless ki blast at the end

I seem to recall unlocking almost every single capsule in Budokai 1... then I believe something happened that made me lose all my data. Pretty sure I never played it again after that lol.

Great question!! I really enjoyed the android/cell arc too. Future trunks is my favorite character. I recently watched the terminator for the first time and it made me appreciate that arc even more!
Not sure if you see this. So something you should know. Playing old DBZ games are fun. Wait till you play db XenoVerse. Fighting is generic. As for performing moves and final attacks. No need to press buttons any more. Special attacks are about timing but still need to charge to use them.
