I am going to ask my orthodontists about mandible advancement. My overjet is 4-5mm and I am 36 years old. I already have upper premolars and all wisdom teeth extracted. Even if it takes 3 years to grow my mandible I am willing to do that, I didn’t know growth was still possible 🥹🤩

@@dharanisoundarapandian6587I get my maxillary teeth retracted instead because the bone in my lower arch is too thin to advance without causing potential gum recession. I will have the dished in face but that’s better than jaw surgery and most people won’t even notice 😆😅

There isn't any growth, your lower incisors tend to procline which gives the illusion of growth
