I've often wondered why a God would require so much from his "creation". Adoration, praise, worship, devoutness, animal sacrifice, blood, the torturing and brutal disfigurement of a human being who had to hang on a cross, AND if you don't give "him" these things or exercise your free right and choose not to have a relationship with him , you go to a place where you will be tormented and literally burn in hell ALIVE for an eternity. It's a very strange concept, this God!
How can anyone not want to worship a God who gave us his own Son that we might be a citizen in Heaven in the new city of gold where there is no pain, no sickness, no tears, etc.?

I can understand why a good and powerful God would WANT us to worship him, or even strongly encourage it if that’s really what we’re made to do, but why actively punish anyone who doesn’t do that for an eternity? And why create beings just to worship him in the first place? Even if we were truly free to choose to worship God or not, why did he even consider it necessary to create more beings aside from the angels he already has to worship him?
i think he simply was just bored pretty selfish if thats the case i personaly have never fealt anything from this entity people call god i feal nothing but hate towards him if he really does exist just how careless could he be and to demand respect for doing a shitty job none of us asked to be here all results of selfish beings and yet everyday we suffer more and more pointlessly and still no sign of this imaginary god ive talked to him every day of my existence and i havent fealt a speck of love from the guy so if he exists im cussing him out at the gates idc for the repercussions i care about the truth

That’s an easy question. People worship because they want to be obedient. To be obedient is to not stray apart from the father even when you disagree with the father. Because in heaven I don’t think everyone agrees with everyone else. But it’s good to agree with the most powerful being. Think about it. If he can make ppl or angels go to hell with disobedience, then why would you not worship now and practice it here so you don’t have to be thrown in hell in the afterlife. Besides people think it’s grace through faith of god.

We have been taught by religious authorities that since we have been created by God we must worship and please God by keeping His Laws. But this is not the TRUTH. Worshipping God is a pagan ritual. When people worship God they set God apart and above them - unreachable and to be feared - for who knows what "evil" God might send on earth if people did not act according to his will. But that was not the message Jesus brought to earth. Jesus spoke of the Father which supplied all needs, which answered when called, which healed when requested to do so, which was both transcendent to us and also within us, meaning that the Creator is universal. Jesus died on the cross for you right. But explain this to me please, you can only enter paradise if you believe in Jesus. But when you have a rapist for example who believes in Jesus, and raped and killed a girl who does not believe in Jesus. Does he go to heaven because Jesus died for his sin, and the girl goes to hell because she does not believe? This right here does not make sense. Also, Hitler believed in Jesus, did Jesus die for his sins too? Yeah I dont think so.
